Is it really that hard to say sorry?
I gave them a few days to respond, but I have not seen an apology, nor any indication, that they care about the damage done by saying that the internet is a sociopath with Asperger’s.
I’m very disappointed because I trusted them to be more responsible than this. But it’s been four days. Four days and no response. That’s not OK with me. I called and cancelled my subscription today.
